Civil Ceremony
Both our Ladybird Room and outdoor Pavilion are licensed for civil ceremonies. As your guests start to take their seats, your music of choice will be playing and the stunning floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural light while the high ceilings draw your eyes up to the exposed oak beams.
In the warmer months, the Outdoor Pavilion also offers the perfect setting to say, “I do”. Your guests will be seated on handmade wooden benches surrounded by the beautiful Cheshire countryside as they await the bridal party’s arrival.
The registrars at the Cheshire West & Chester registry office will be at the venue on your day to perform the legalities of your Civil Ceremony.

Drinks Reception
As you exit your Ceremony as a newly married couple, you and your guests will be served with a drink of your choice and can make use of our Acorn Bar and the outdoor terrace to mingle before being seated for dinner.
While your guests enjoy some refreshments on the stone flagged terrace, your wedding photographer can be inspired by any number of stunning backdrops to make your photographs spectacular.

We have a close working relationship with several carefully selected approved caterers. As they all offer their own unique service, we feel sure to be able to match you with the one that best suits your tastes and individual requirements.

Evening Reception
Our venue provides you with the perfect setting for your first dance and evening party. You can choose what sort of evening entertainment you’d like. So, whether you opt for a DJ, live band, or solo artist, we can help you source the supplier that will certainly make the night one to remember.
Wedding Venues in Cheshire
The Bridal Prep Room
We provide you with a lovely and quiet spacious room for you and your bridesmaids’ preparations. It is the perfect place to get dressed prior to the ceremony and add those finishing touches. The suite comprises of a full-length mirror, dressing tables and comfortable seating.
As the day unfolds, it is the perfect place for the Bridal party to freshen up or perhaps swap into some flat shoes ready for dancing the night away!

The Grooms Room
Our Grooms & their Groomsmen also have a designated area. The area also consists of comfy seating, large mirrors, a hair dryer & shower.
Thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding day on Friday. We both had the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for more from you or the other staff at The Oak Tree. You were all amazing! We had so many compliments about the venue too.

We had our wedding here on 17.07.2022 it was quite literally the most PERFECT day. The venue speaks for itself, but it is just beautiful! The weather was incredible, and everything ran so smoothly.
