You can provisionally hold one date for 7 days. This safeguards your date without any obligation and gives you some time to contact the Registrars or Church. During this time, please take the time to read through our booking terms and conditions and contact us if you have any queries. When you wish to secure your date, payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. If you do not wish to keep your date, please let us know so we can release the date for other couples.

The only suppliers we ask you to used are our caterers and fireworks company. Any others, such as photographers, bands or DJ’s, florists or venue dressers etc. are completely your choice.
As a small team of 3 coordinators, you will most likely have contact with all of us at some point throughout your planning, however, when it is time for your final meeting, (approx. 2/3 months before your day) you will be assigned a designated coordinator. They will then be in regular contact on the run up to your day and will be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The number of tables you will need depends on your guest numbers and how you wish the room to be set up. We have a large selection of layouts and templates to help you create your perfect table plan layout.
The venue is all on one level and there are no steps or slopes for ease of access for disabled guests. We also have a disabled toilet. Please note; the Bridal Prep room is upstairs.
There is a Bridal Prep room upstairs for the bridal party and a Groom’s room downstairs for the Groom and his groomsmen. For same sex couples, either room can be used. Both have comfortable seating, several large mirrors, and plenty of plug sockets. Both rooms can be accessed from 10am on the morning of your wedding.
Your caterers will include all cutlery, crockery and table linen. The venue provides glassware for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast drinks.
Confetti is permitted, however, we ask that it is light in colour and biodegradable. This includes any confetti used for table décor. Confetti cannons of any kind are not permitted.
We always recommend that couples obtain wedding insurance upon booking their venue. Insurance covers little things that couples may not always think about such as suppliers not turning up and damage to hired suits or dresses.
We can connect your phone or tablet to our music system via Bluetooth or AUX cable. Many couples create the perfect playlists for their wedding day using Spotify or Apple Music and our wedding team will ensure your chosen songs are played throughout the day.
You are not able to provide your own alcohol and we do not offer a corkage option. We have a selection of drinks packages available to choose from as well as an extensive wine list. The venue also has a fully licenced bar. Please note; it is against the law for you or your guests to bring alcohol onto the premises. Guests may be asked to leave if they are caught consuming their own alcohol.
